The frightening Festival of the Lost returns next week, but before you start combing the galaxy for sweets, you should visit Xur. Xur has returned to one of his usual spots, offering a new collection of Exotic armor and weapons, Legendary-class goods, and his unique Xenology quest. Here’s where Xur is this week and what he’s selling.
You may locate Xur this week in The Watcher’s Grave on Nessus. Xur is offering the Lord of Wolves a shotgun as his weapon. Hunters may buy the Gwisin Vest armor, Titans the Insurmountable Skullfort helmet, and Warlocks the Vesper of Radius armor.
Xur Location
This week, go to Nessus and utilize the Watcher’s Grave transmat zone to locate Xur. When you arrive, get on your sparrow and fly north toward the area’s exit. Dart for a large tree with pink moss on the right side of the area. Climb up onto its large, flat branch to reach Xur.

Exotic Armor
Gwisin Vest (Exotic Hunter armor)
The Roving Assassin perk will replenish more of your Super energy for each kill made before falling into stealth when utilizing the Spectral Blades ability, making exotic armor ideal for Hunters who want to maximize their invisibility. This role has high mobility, strength, resilience, a fair cognition, and a poor recovery and discipline combination.
- Mobility: 12
- Resilience: 16
- Recovery: 7
- Discipline: 2
- Intellect: 11
- Strength: 15
- Total: 63
An Insurmountable Skullfort (Exotic Titan helmet)
Although it is a Daft Punk homage, this Titan Exotic helmet is ideal for punch-happy Guardians seeking an increased chance of surviving in a fight. When you score an Arc melee kill while wearing this helmet, the Transfusion Matrix activates health regeneration and replenishes melee energy. The primary highlights of the numbers are a very high recovery rate and a high strength metric, which fit in nicely with the Exotic’s nature. Because your resilience, intelligence, and discipline are all relatively low, you’ll need to apply additional armor modifications to compensate.
- Mobility: 7
- Resilience: 3
- Recovery: 25
- Discipline: 8
- Intellect: 7
- Strength: 15
- Total: 65
Vesper of Radius (Exotic Warlock armor)
We’ve seen some fantastic Vesper of Radius setups this season since the Planetary Torrent perk, when paired with the appropriate gear and armor upgrades, allows for a devastatingly strong Warlock. This Exotic allows you to augment your Rifts with explosive shockwaves, and the more damage they do, the more lethal they become to any opponents. The numbers are primarily and equally spread among mobility, resilience, discipline, and strength in this roll; the high recovery and cognition attributes work nicely with this Exotic.
- Mobility: 9
- Resilience: 8
- Recovery: 16
- Discipline: 10
- Intellect: 16
- Strength: 6
- Total: 65
Exotic Weapons
Lord of Wolves (Exotic shotgun)
Lord of Wolves is a fantastic Exotic shotgun that shoots like a pulse rifle, with the only major negative being that it will devour your ammunition supplies with reckless abandon. Shrapnel Launcher, its first perk, allows it to fire a strong short-range burst of Solar-damage rounds, while Release the Wolves, its second perk, boosts its rate of fire and allows it to shoot in full-auto mode.
- Shrapnel Launcher
- Release the Wolves
- Chambered Compensator
- Extended Mag
- Composite Stock
Hawkmoon ( Exotic hand cannon)
Following a disappointing roll of Hawkmoon last week, Xur is back to offering a respectable version of the famed hand cannon. This week’s updated perk is Rangefinder, which goes nicely with the other qualities in this Exotic. This is a great choice if you want to use a Hawkmoon in PvP.
- Paracausal Shot
- Polygonal Rifling
- Rangefinder
- Alloy Magazine
- Textured Grip

Every week, Xur also provides the Xenology mission, which demands you to accomplish 21 Vanguard Ops or win Crucible and Gambit matches to obtain an Exotic Cipher. These are generally used to buy outdated Exotics from a kiosk in the Tower, but creating this season, you can use them with Master Rahool to receive the Exotics you want. Exotic Ciphers now have a higher maximum, allowing you to carry up to five at once.
Xur appears in Destiny 2 every weekend, beginning with the daily reset on Friday at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET. His precise position is always a surprise when he initially appears since he is not displayed on the map, and inexperienced players may easily miss him. However, he takes up residence in several spots, including the Tower Hangar area, on Nessus in Watcher’s Grave, and in the EDZ’s Winding Cove area.
